Media Registration

On-site Media Accreditation

Media badges are reserved for professionals in the media sector who can substantiate their employment in journalism (including photojournalism). STM requires proof of the applicant’s relevant journalistic and editorial status. During registration, please attach one of the following as a proof:

  1. A valid press card issued by a recognised journalist association.
  2. A business card from the applicant’s employing organisation.

Kindly note that possession of a press card alone does not guarantee accreditation. The event organiser reserves the right to request additional verification of journalistic credentials. STM reserves the right to decline admission without providing specific reasons and/or if conflicts of interest arise. Any journalist found to be engaging in business solicitation or advertising sales at STM will be requested to leave.

Individuals without journalistic credentials, such as account managers, sales representatives, and professionals from advertising, marketing, PR, or media agencies, may access STM by registering as Trade Visitors. The trade visitor badge grants access to all official STM areas and events from 10 – 12 February 2025.

On-site Media Accreditation

Media representatives are encouraged to apply for accreditation online before 30 January, 2025.
